The fully automated employee survey puts you in complete control. You chose the type of employee survey, the level of analysis, and the start and end dates. You will automatically receive, survey instruction and pre-survey communication templates that are designed to generate a high response rate. When your employee survey is completed just press a button and you will receive your employee survey results instantly. The fully automated employee survey is a low cost, quick and easy way to obtain employee feedback.
FULLY AUTOMATED SURVEY PROCESS

- In the next window select level of analysis (Quick Check or Quick Check by Job Level)
- Go to the Price Calculator to determine the cost of the option you selected
- Choose your payment options (If you wish you can ask Entec for an invoice and pay by regular check.)
- When payment is made you will receive:
A unique link to the survey for your organization
A password to access the survey (forward the link and the password to every employee on the launch date of the survey.)
A window where you will choose your survey start and survey end dates
Three pre-survey communication templates to be distributed to your employees prior to the survey. You can modify these templates to better suit your situation. These communications are designed to be distributed to your employees prior to launching the survey. Therefore make sure when you select the start and end dates of the survey that you provide sufficient time for the pre-survey communication process (about two weeks). Pre-survey communication is important to prepare your employees for the survey. Implementing the pre-survey communications will ensure that you have a high response rate.
- When the survey is completed, click on the completed survey button and instantly receive your survey results.
Note: Another great feature of the Fully Automated Surveys is the Comment Section that provides a place for employees to “write-in” comments at the end of the survey.
